At Timex EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your unworn timepiece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box and include all manuals and warranty cards to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
